Common use of Teacher Transfer Training Day Clause in Contracts

Teacher Transfer Training Day. As a result of “District Staffing Day,” any teachers who receive job assignments which place them in a new grade level, subject department, licensure, or district building may utilize up to eight (8) hours at the discretion of the teacher for activities related to her/his new teaching assignment, including voluntary meetings with other teachers.
