Teachers Receiving a Comprehensive Evaluation. i. Classroom teachers who are provisional employees under RCW 28A.405.220. ii Any classroom teacher who receives a summative evaluation performance rating of level 1 or level 2 in the previous school year shall fall under the comprehensive evaluation the following year.
