TEACHING ENVIRONMENT. 1. Teaching is recognized as the teacher’s primary responsibility. The parties recognize that teaching the performance of non-instructional duties by licensed or unlicensed personnel is sometimes necessary during the main and primary responsibility educational process; however, assignment of teachers and that teaching continues and is enhanced to benefit student welfare/wellness/wholeness through all Certified Employees.
