Team Captains’ Meeting. All TCM’s will be conducted virtually. The OC will provide a meeting link to all coaches no later than noon of the same day. An initial TCM should take place the evening prior to the event as per Competition Regulations section 305. At this time, the TD and Jury will be introduced. The TD will address the TCM, and make any points related to rules or rule changes that need to be emphasized for the event or for the first competition. Additional meetings will occur the day before each subsequent competition day. Translation services must be available for all TCMs. The OC has available to them a Nordiq Canada TCM power point template if required. Seed lists for the next race must be made available for corrections to be handed back to the race office no later than 3PM. No corrections are to be made during or after the TCM. The race start list for the next race day should be made available online prior to the start of race day, following the 3PM cutoff. OC seeding lists should include all skier withdrawals and confirm spelling, age sub−categories, CPL and FIS points, Nordiq Canada and FIS licenses, club, team, and national affiliation of each competitor at these meetings. Start lists must clearly state the time of day that the competition starts and the time intervals after this start time at which individuals will have their starts.

Each Division must identify one speaker on behalf of the Division to the Competition Secretary two (2) days prior to the first TCM. Use an online meeting collaboration tool available on the market. Provide a meeting link to all coaches no later than noon of the same day. Translation services must be available for all TCMs. The OC has available to them a Nordiq Canada TCM power point template if required. Seed lists for the next race should be made available at the TCM the night before each TCM; corrections should then be handed back to the race office no later than four (4) hours before the start of the TCM, enabling the start lists to be available online prior to the start of each meeting for the next day’s race.   • Pre-Operations Meeting PURCHASER shall meet with STATE no later than 30 days from execution of the contract to discuss the Threatened and Endangered Species survey, protection, and planning requirements. Operations Plan. PURCHASER shall prepare an Operations Plan for all operations to be conducted under this contract and submit the plan to STATE at least 5 calendar days prior to commencement of any operation. This plan shall be prepared on a form provided by STATE, and shall be used for all types of operations, including road maintenance, project work, logging, and postharvest requirements. STATE may require an on-site meeting prior to approval of the plan, attended by PURCHASER, subcontractor, and STATE representatives. STATE's approval of the plan must be obtained prior to commencement of any operation, and PURCHASER must comply with this plan. If PURCHASER fails to comply with any of the terms of the plan, including completion dates, STATE may, after giving written notice, suspend PURCHASER's operations until such time as an acceptable alternate plan is submitted by PURCHASER and that alternate plan is accepted by STATE, as provided in Section 29, "Violations, Suspensions, and Cancellation." PURCHASER shall notify STATE whenever operations will be inactive for more than 3 days, and again when operations will be resumed. Upon approval by STATE, the Operations Plan shall automatically be incorporated into, and made part of, this contract. PURCHASER's strict compliance with the Operations Plan, as approved by STATE, is a material condition and covenant of this contract. STATE has prepared the required Forest Practices Act (FPA) "Written Plan" for operations within 100 feet of Type F or Type D streams. Any changes to the plan must have STATE approval. PURCHASER shall comply with all provisions of the Written Plan. Seasonal Restrictions. PURCHASER shall adhere to the following restrictions, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE:

  • For Closed Meeting Minutes Prepares written closed meeting minutes that include: The date, time, and place of the closed meeting The Board members present and absent A summary of discussion on all matters proposed or discussed The time the closed meeting was adjourned Upon request of a Board member: 1. Provides access to the closed session minutes at a reasonable time and place without disrupting District operations; 2. Supervises the access to the closed session minutes or delegates it to one of the following individuals in the District: a. The Recording Secretary, b. The Superintendent or designated administrator, or c. Any elected Board member; and 3. Logs the access in 2:220-E7, Access to Closed Meeting Minutes and Verbatim Recordings.

  • Safety Meetings (iii) Accident investigation.

  • Labor/Management Meeting Any other concerns, not specifically covered herein regarding health and/or safety factors shall be addressed through the county-level Labor Management Committee meetings, Article Thirty, Section G.

  • Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”). In no event shall any Project Manager be authorized to amend or modify the provisions of this Agreement. Each Party may change its Project Manager, from time to time, by written notice to the other Party.

  • Union/Management Meetings ‌ The Union Committee and the Senior Union Official of the Union, or her/his representative, shall, as occasion warrants, meet with the Committee on Labour Relations for the purpose of discussing and negotiating a speedy settlement of any grievance or dispute arising between the Employer and the employee concerned, including possible re-negotiations relative to this Agreement and the Schedules which are a part hereof. However, except for renegotiations of Agreements, these matters shall be introduced to such meetings only after the established grievance procedure has been followed. Grievances of a general nature may be initiated by a member of the Union Committee in step two of the grievance procedure outlined in Article 9.04.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.

  • Meeting Frequency SICM shall be held monthly unless otherwise agreed upon by all Parties. Meeting dates shall be determined by NCDEQ after consultation with the Parties. The meeting shall consist of updates and other pertinent information provided by each Party.

  • Orientation Meeting Within thirty (30) calendar days from execution of the Contract, Vendor and Order Fulfillers will be required to attend an orientation meeting to discuss the content and procedures of the Contract to include reporting requirements. DIR, at its discretion, may waive the orientation requirement for Vendors who have previously held DIR contracts. The meeting will be held in the Austin, Texas area at a date and time mutually acceptable to DIR and the Vendor or by teleconference, at DIR’s discretion. DIR shall bear no cost for the time and travel of the Vendor or Order Fulfillers for attendance at the meeting.

  • Scoping Meeting 4.2.1 A scoping meeting will be held within ten (10) Business Days after the Interconnection Request is deemed complete, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties. The Utility and the Interconnection Customer will bring to the meeting personnel, including system engineers and other resources as may be reasonably required to accomplish the purpose of the meeting. The scoping meeting may be omitted by mutual agreement in writing.
