Common use of TEAM SPONSORSHIP DEFINED Clause in Contracts

TEAM SPONSORSHIP DEFINED. For the purposes of the Agreement and this Team Sponsorship Guide, “Team Sponsorship” shall be defined as any agreement or relationship between Team and any other person, group, corporation, limited liability company, foundation, or other entity (“Team Sponsor”) for Team Sponsor to provide any past, present or future financial or other support in order to establish an association between Team and Team Sponsor (and/or any image, brand, service, or product of Team Sponsor) in return for the past, present or future granting of direct or indirect services, benefits, assets or other consideration (including, without limitation, product placement, social media mentions, verbal or written acknowledgements, and logo or brand identification on signage, banners, advertising, promotions, marketing, apparel, apparatus, website, etc.) from Team to Team Sponsor.
