Common use of TEAMSTERS PIPELINE SERVICE FUND Clause in Contracts

TEAMSTERS PIPELINE SERVICE FUND. The Employer shall deduct from each employee covered by this Agreement ten cents ($0.10) for each hour of work performed and remit it monthly to the Teamsters Pipeline Service Fund. In the event a member in good standing of the Union is employed in a capacity which is not covered by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and elects to participate in the Health Welfare and/or Pension Plans, the Employer shall make the prescribed contributions on his behalf. Such election shall be signed by the member and filed with the Employer and the Plan Administrator.
