Buyer is responsible for the design, processing, testing and labeling of any product produced using Bakelite’s Products and Buyer will not rely on anything on Bakelite’s web site or any statement by Bakelite about the suitability of Products Bakelite provides. Xxxxx is responsible for testing and investigating Products sold by Bakelite to form an independent judgment concerning their suitability for the use, conversion or processing intended by Buyer and will not make any claim against Bakelite based on Bakelite’s technical advice, statements, data, services or recommendations.
TECHNICAL ADVICE AND OTHER SERVICES. Buyer is responsible for the design, processing, testing and labeling of any product that Buyer makes using Products sold by Seller, and Buyer will not rely on any advice, recommendation or information obtained from Seller’s Products literature or websites, including any design aid or other service made available by Seller, or any representation or statement made by, or on behalf of, Seller about the suitability of Products or services Seller provides for any purpose. Buyer has tested and investigated Products sold by Seller sufficiently, to form an independent judgment concerning their suitability for the use, conversion or processing intended by Buyer and will not make any claim against Seller, or hold Seller liable in any manner, with respect to any technical advice, statements, data, services or recommendations furnished (or failed to be furnished) by Seller.

Buyer is responsible for the design, configuration, integration, testing and labeling of any system that Buyer makes using products Buyer buys from Seller and Buyer will not rely on anything on Seller's web site or any statement by Seller about the suitability of products or services Seller provides. Buyer is responsible for testing and investigating products sold by Seller enough to form an independent judgment concerning their suitability for the use, conversion or processing intended by Buyer and will not make any claim against Seller based on Seller's technical advice, statements, data, services or recommendations.
TECHNICAL ADVICE AND OTHER SERVICES. 10.1 You are responsible for the design, processing, testing and labelling of any Product that you make using Products you buy from us. You will test and investigate Products sold by us so as to enable you to form an independent judgment concerning their suitability for the use, conversion or processing intended by you.
TECHNICAL ADVICE AND OTHER SERVICES. 9.1 Unless stated otherwise, the colour specifications in any quote we provide reference the manufacturer's standard colour range for that product.
9.2 You are responsible for the design, processing, testing and labelling of any product that you make using Products you order from us. You will test and investigate Products sold by us so as to enable you to form an independent judgment concerning their suitability for the use, conversion or processing intended by you.
9.3 If we agree to perform take-off services, we will use all reasonable endeavours to undertake an accurate take-off on the basis of the documentation or drawings provided by you, but we do not accept any responsibility for the specifications and quantities determined by us. You are wholly responsible for reviewing any marked up drawings we provide to you and reconciling against your own records and assessment, all specifications and quantities stated in any quotation that we provide.
TECHNICAL ADVICE AND OTHER SERVICES. Xxxxx agrees it has tested and investigated products sold by Rimage enough to form an independent judgment concerning their suitability for the use intended by Xxxxx and will not make any claim against Rimage based on Rimage’s technical advice, statements, data, services or recommendations.
