Technical Assistance and Training by Sponsor. The SPONSOR may provide technical assistance and training to the SCHOOL and its staff at such times and to the extent that the SPONSOR deems appropriate or as required by law. The Governing Authority or its administrators have an obligation to attend training and receive technical assistance at the direction of the SPONSOR.

Technical Assistance and Training by Sponsor. The Sponsor and or the Ohio Department of Education may provide technical assistance and training to the School and its staff at such times and to the extent that the Sponsor and the Ohio Department of Education deems appropriate or as the then current law requires. As required by law, the School, School Employees and School Governing Authority shall attend training and receive technical assistance at the direction of the Sponsor or the Ohio Department of Education. The School Governing Authority has the right to request and the Sponsor shall provide reasonable technical assistance or additional training in areas in which the Sponsor has knowledge provided the technical assistance is not the responsibility of the School Governing Authority’s third party vendors.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • Educational Assistance To qualify for reimbursement, an employee must be a regular employee upon enrollment. To be approved, the courses described below must be related to the employee's present position or career development:

  • Client Assistance You acknowledge that the implementation of the Tyler Software is a cooperative process requiring the time and resources of your personnel. You agree to use all reasonable efforts to cooperate with and assist us as may be reasonably required to meet the agreed upon project deadlines and other milestones for implementation. This cooperation includes at least working with us to schedule the implementation-related services outlined in this Agreement. We will not be liable for failure to meet any deadlines and milestones when such failure is due to Force Majeure or to the failure by your personnel to provide such cooperation and assistance (either through action or omission).
