Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.
Business Contact Information Each party consents to the other party using its Business Contact Information for contract management, payment processing, service offering, and business development purposes related to the Agreement and such other purposes as set out in the using party’s global data privacy policy (copies of which shall be made available upon request). For such purposes, and notwithstanding anything else set forth in the Agreement with respect to Client Personal Information in general, each party shall be considered a data controller with respect to the other party’s Business Contact Information and shall be entitled to transfer such information to any country where such party’s global organization operates. Training and Technical Assistance COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services. COALITION will offer technical assistance for providers on probation. The technical assistance will be designed to facilitate the development and implementation of an improvement plan. The technical assistance will be offered in a manner and schedule prescribed by the COALITION or school district.
Client Assistance You acknowledge that the implementation of the Tyler Software is a cooperative process requiring the time and resources of your personnel. You agree to use all reasonable efforts to cooperate with and assist us as may be reasonably required to meet the agreed upon project deadlines and other milestones for implementation. This cooperation includes at least working with us to schedule the implementation-related services outlined in this Agreement. We will not be liable for failure to meet any deadlines and milestones when such failure is due to Force Majeure or to the failure by your personnel to provide such cooperation and assistance (either through action or omission).
Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The District’s Educational Assistance Program will be continued during the life of this Agreement. Employees who wish to enroll in job-related and promotion oriented courses, which will improve their job knowledge, and performance will be compensated by the District for expenses as follows:
Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").
