Common use of Technical Communications Clause in Contracts

Technical Communications. Any technical or other communications pertaining to the Work shall be between the Contractor’s Representative and Owner’s Representative or other representatives appointed by the Parties. Each Party shall give Notice to the other of the name of such representative or representatives. The Contractor’s Representative shall be satisfactory to Owner, have knowledge of the Work and be available at all reasonable times for consultation.

Technical Communications. Each Party shall give Notice to notify the other in writing of the name names of such representative or representatives. The Contractor’s Representative shall be satisfactory to Owner, have knowledge of the Work and be available at all reasonable times for consultation.
