Common use of Technical Consultations Clause in Contracts

Technical Consultations. (a) The FAA and EASA shall notify each other of draft guidance material and consult on new appliance performance standards or proposed changes to these standards. (b) The FAA and EASA Certification Directors agree to consult as necessary to provide input when requested on technical issues and resolve technical disagreements. The frequency of these exchanges will depend on the number and significance of the issues to be discussed.
