Technical & Operating Conditions. 4.1 The Licensee’s network shall be compliant to the Regulations/Directions/instructions issued by TRAI/Licensor in respect of Mobile Number Portability (MNP) before commencement of mobile services. 4.2 The sharing of infrastructure, owned, established and operated by the Licensee under the scope of this Authorization, is permitted as below:
