Common use of Technical Quality Clause in Contracts

Technical Quality. Grantee shall maintain all Upstream and Downstream Access services, channels and Interconnections at the same level of technical quality and reliability required by this Agreement and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations for Residential Subscriber channels. Grantee shall provide routine maintenance and shall repair and replace all transmission equipment, including modulators, associated cable and equipment in use upon the effective date of this Franchise, necessary to carry a quality signal to and from Grantor’s facilities.

The Grantee shall maintain all Upstream and Downstream Access services, channels Programming and Interconnections at the same level of technical quality and reliability required by this Agreement and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations for Residential Subscriber channelsregulations. Grantee shall provide routine maintenance and shall repair and replace all transmission equipment, including modulatorstransmitters/receivers, associated cable and equipment in use upon the effective date Effective Date of this FranchiseAgreement, necessary to carry a quality signal Signal to and from Demarcation at Grantor’s or DAP’s facilities.
