Public Educational and Government Access i. The City or its designee is hereby designated to operate, administer, promote, and manage access public, education, and government programming) (hereinafter "PEG access") to the Cable System established pursuant to this Section 6. Grantee shall have no responsibility whatsoever for PEG access except as expressly stated in this Section 6 or by a written agreement between City and Grantee. ii. Grantee shall dedicate one (1) channel for PEG access use on the System to be used by the City. This channel shall be activated as soon as technically possible after the effective date of this Franchise and only after request from City. All residential subscribers who receive all or any part of the total services offered on the System shall be eligible to receive said access channel at no additional charge. Nothing herein shall be construed to diminish the City's rights pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 238.084, incorporated herein by reference.

Public Educational and Government Access. ‌ 6.1 Designated Access Managers.‌ (A) The City shall name Designated Access Managers for Public, Education, and Governmental (“PEG”) Access Programming. Designated Access Managers shall have sole responsibility for operating and managing their respective PEG Access Facilities. (B) Grantee shall cooperate with Designated Access Managers and providers and facilitate their use of the Cable System and Programming of PEG Access Channels. Grantee shall enter into such operating agreements with Designated Access Managers as are appropriate to meet PEG Access requirements of this Franchise.

In the event the Charter School closes, it shall transmit all official student records in the manner prescribed by the State Board.

  • Health Promotion and Health Education Both parties to this Agreement recognize the value and importance of health promotion and health education programs. Such programs can assist employees and their dependents to maintain and enhance their health, and to make appropriate use of the health care system. To work toward these goals:

  • Foreign Asset/Account, Exchange Control and Tax Reporting The Participant may be subject to foreign asset/account, exchange control and/or tax reporting requirements as a result of the acquisition, holding and/or transfer of shares of Common Stock or cash (including dividends and the proceeds arising from the sale of shares of Common Stock) derived from his or her participation in the Plan, to and/or from a brokerage/bank account or legal entity located outside the Participant’s country. The applicable laws of the Participant’s country may require that he or she report such accounts, assets, the balances therein, the value thereof and/or the transactions related thereto to the applicable authorities in such country. The Participant acknowledges that he or she is responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable foreign asset/account, exchange control and tax reporting requirements and should consult his or her personal legal advisor on this matter.
