Technical Requirements/ Performance Standards a. The completed Works and services, the O&M shall comply with Technical Requirements, building bye laws, construction and environmental regulations, regulations applicable to the Project or its components, Good Industry Practices and the minimum Performance Standards specified in the Schedules hereof and the Technical Requirements or as defined by Applicable Law. References in this Concession Agreement to Technical Requirements, building bye laws, construction and environmental regulations, regulations applicable to the Project or its components and Good Industry Practices shall be understood to be references to the edition applicable on the Effective Date, unless stated otherwise. If substantially changed or new applicable Technical Requirements or regulations come into force after the Effective Date, the Concessionaire shall submit amended proposals for compliance with such new standards/ requirements to the Independent Engineer. In the event that the Independent Engineer determines that such proposals are found necessary, expedient and warranted, it shall treat this as a Variation, and then intimate the Authority within 42 (forty- two) days of receipt of the amended proposals to initiate a Variation in accordance with Article 18.

The structural design of buildings, design of internal and estate services/ utilities/ infrastructure, the Construction Documents, the execution, the completed Works and services, the operation and maintenance shall comply with technical standards and specifications, building bye laws, construction and environmental regulations, regulations applicable to the Project or its components, Good Industry Practices and the minimum Performance Standards specified in the Schedules and the Technical Requirements or as defined by law.   • Minimum Technical Requirements Participant will be responsible for installing (unless Vendor provides), maintaining and hosting the Vendor’s integration package (either “Full Express” or “Express Lite” software) on Participant’s own computer to enable connectivity to the Network for the Patient Look-Up and Delivery Services including installing and maintaining updates and upgrades. Participant’s machine must meet the following requirements for hosting the Vendor’s integration package: • A virtual machine environment running VMware Player (free open source product) that can run the Express VMware disk image (.ova format) • For Vendor’s “Express Lite” software (for Participants that already have an enterprise master patient index (MPI) and a clinical data repository), the minimum system resources that should be allocated to the virtual machine are: o 4 CPU cores o 8GB of RAM o 100GB of available disk space • For Vendor’s “Full Express” software (for Participants that do not already have an MPI or a clinical data repository), the minimum system resources that should be allocated to the virtual machine are: o 8 CPU cores o 16GB of RAM o 500GB of available disk space • Network access between the Vendor’s Express software (either “Express Lite” or “Full Express”) and the Participant’s health information exchange system for the exchange of clinical system data for the Patient Look-Up and Delivery Services. The Participant shall maintain availability of its data for query on a 24 hour/7 day basis with the exception of routine and unexpected maintenance, at greater than 99% uptime monthly. The Participant shall make its data available for a minimum look-back period of 18 months up to and including current available data and update the available data daily.

  • Maintenance Standards Unless otherwise authorized by the CRC Board, the General Manager shall prepare and submit to the CRC Board proposals (including the Program Maintenance plan submitted pursuant to Section 5(b)) for the performance of such Routine Maintenance and Program Maintenance as is reasonably necessary to keep and maintain the Shared Assets substantially in their condition as of the date of this Agreement. If the CRC Board fails either to approve or disapprove by majority vote any such proposal within 45 days after it was submitted to the CRC Board, the disagreement over the propriety or need for any of the Routine Maintenance or Program Maintenance included in such proposal may be submitted by either Operator for resolution by binding arbitration pursuant to Section 13.

  • Contractor Work Hours and Safety Standards Contractor shall ensure compliance with all safety and hourly requirements for employees, in accordance with federal, state, and County safety and health regulations and laws.

  • Software Requirements 7 Developer shall prepare the Project Schedule using Oracle’s Primavera P6.

  • Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.
