Maintenance Standards definition

Maintenance Standards means that a tenant or user of the Tower shall (a) maintain and operate its equipment in accordance with the requirements, rules, regulations, and guidelines of the FCC, and the standards of manufacturers of the equipment; and (b) maintain and operate its equipment in accordance with good engineering practice.
Maintenance Standards has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6 (a). (cc) "Marketing Plan" has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).
