Technical Supervision. The person with primary responsibility for supervision of the performance of the Research at the University shall be Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx. No other person shall replace or substitute for him in the supervisory responsibilities hereunder without the prior written approval of Sponsor, which may be granted or withheld at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and with the consent of the University, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
