The international telecommunications industry is highly competitive and subject to the introduction of new services facilitated by advances in technology. We expect that the future will bring technological change. It is possible that these changes could result in more advanced telecommunications equipment that could render our current equipment obsolete. If this were to happen, we would most likely have to invest significant capital into this new technology.
