TECHNOLOGICAL AND/OR ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE. 30.01 The University agrees to provide the Union with not less than 10 weeks notice in writing of its intention to introduce technological change in material, equipment or process, or organizational change, which may include changes in hours of work under Article 18.04, which affects the terms and conditions or security of employment of employees covered by this Agreement.
