Technological Change - Introduction. Where the Company introduces or intends to introduce a technological change that: (a) affects the terms, conditions or security of employment of any employee; or (b) alters the basis on which the Collective Agreement was negotiated; (i) The Company agrees to notify the Union as far as possible in advance of its intention and to update the information provided as new developments arise and modifications are made; (ii) The foregoing notwithstanding, when the security of a significant number of employees is affected, the Company shall provide the Union with at least two (2) month's notice that a technological change is intended, with a detailed description of the change it intends to carry out.
