Adequate Ventilation. The Company agrees that the workplace shall, at all times, be adequately ventilated and specifically agrees that the Sport Shop shall have an adequate air filter system to exhaust skate particles.

Ventilation Where noxious or poisonous gases may accumulate, the City shall provide proper protection and ventilation. Proper lighting and ventilation shall be provided for all enclosed working spaces. All work in enclosed and confined spaces shall be performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Spray painting shall be done only by qualified painters.
Adequate Staffing Provider must assign and maintain during the term of this Agreement and any Renewal Terms, an adequate staff of competent personnel that is fully equipped, trained, licensed as appropriate, available as needed, and qualified to perform the Services. If the Board determines, in its sole discretion, that any employee, subcontractor, or other person providing Services for Provider is not performing in accordance with the performance standards or other requirements of this Agreement, including but not limited to negatively affecting the safety or welfare of a CPS student, then the Board shall have the right to direct Provider to remove that person from performing Services under this Agreement.
Heating The Hirer shall ensure that no unauthorised heating appliances shall be used on the premises when open to the public without the consent of the management committee. Portable Liquefied Propane Gas (LPG) heating appliances shall not be used.
Garbage The Concessionaire will contract directly with the service provider for adequate dumpster capacity and wildlife resistance. The Department must pre- approve the location of dumpsters and frequency of pick-ups. The Concessionaire will provide recycle bins for use by Park visitors.
Air Conditioning If the Apartment has been provided with a ledge for split air conditioning system with suitable provision for keeping outdoor units of the AC system and also the route to take refrigerant piping, which the Allottee shall have to strictly follow while installing AC units
THE ACADEMY 2.1 The Company will establish and maintain, and carry on or provide for the carrying on of the Academy in accordance with the Master Agreement and this Agreement.
Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors or ventilating ducts or shafts, of the Building. All trash and refuse shall be placed in receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building or by Tenant for the Premises.
Restrictive Controls Either Party may use protective network traffic management controls such as 7-digit and 10-digit code gaps set at appropriate levels on traffic toward each other's network, when required, to protect the public switched network from congestion due to facility failures, switch congestion, or failure or focused overload. Expansive Controls Where the capability exists, originating or terminating traffic reroutes may be implemented by either Party to temporarily relieve network congestion due to facility failures or abnormal calling patterns. Reroutes will not be used to circumvent normal trunk servicing. Expansive controls will only be used when mutually agreed to by the Parties.
Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.
