Common use of Technology watch Clause in Contracts

Technology watch. 20.1.1 The Concessionaire shall implement at its own cost, a technology watch throughout the Concession Period so as to allow the Project to benefit from technical advancement and/or technology upgrades in connection with the Equipment and Services. The technology watch shall include information about any offers to buy back and replace or upgrade the Equipment that the Concessionaire may receive from any third party and that would apply during the Concession Period or within [●] days of the expiry of the Concession Period or early termination of this Agreement.
