All Kennels in excess of 12” x 6” x 8” must be hard-sided, not exceed the maximum kennel size in Section (a) and shall be located for safe transport behind an opaque, secure divider separating the passenger compartment from the baggage compartment and, as a result, inaccessible physically and visually during all times on board the aircraft.
