Accepting Orders 1.1 When the Client has placed an Order, the Partner ensures that the confirmation of said Order will be decided within five minutes from receiving the Order notification, except where Order auto-acceptance function is enabled, in which case all Orders will be automatically accepted by the Partner. 1.2 In the event that the Partner cannot provide the Goods as it was requested in the Order, the Partner will not confirm the Order in the Bolt Food Platform. In case an Order has been accepted by a Partner, it shall notify Bolt thereof through the Bolt Food Platform, for Order to be cancelled. 1.3 If the Partner has run out of a certain Goods, the Partner shall mark that Goods as unavailable in the Bolt Food Platform as soon as reasonably possible, but in any event 1.Tellimuste vastuvõtmine 1.1.Kui Xxxxxx on esitanud Xxxxxxxxx, tagab Partner, et vastava Tellimuse kinnitamine otsustatakse viie minuti jooksul alates Tellimuse teavituse saamisest, välja arvatud juhul, kui Tellimuse automaatse vastuvõtmise funktsioon on lubatud, millisel juhul on kõik Tellimused Partneri poolt automaatselt kinnitatud. 1.2.Juhul kui Partner ei suuda Tooteid pakkuda Xxxxxxxxxx soovitud viisil, ei kinnita Partner Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Toiduplatvormil. Juhul kui Partner on Tellimuse kinnitanud, teavitab ta Bolti läbi Bolti Toiduplatvormi soovist Xxxxxxxx tühistada. 1.3.Kui Partneril on teatud Tooted otsa saanud, märgib Partner Bolti Toiduplatvormil, et vastavaid Tooteid ei ole võimalik saada, niipea kui võimalik, kuid igal juhul 10 minuti jooksul
