Common use of Telephone Call-In Clause in Contracts

Telephone Call-In. (a) The Employer shall call by telephone only those casual employees on the register at a number provided by the employee. The Employer shall commence by calling the most senior employee in the register who meets the criteria specified in (E)(I). The Employer shall permit the telephone to ring a minimum of eight (8) times.
