Telephone Calls and Rental. Employees who are required to be on call shall be reimbursed the full cost of a standard home telephone rental. Payment shall be by a regular fortnightly allowance. Employees shall also be reimbursed for all work-related toll calls. The employer and employees may agree on other arrangements in lieu of this provision.
