Telephone Contacts. Youth shall participate in a minimum of twelve (12) telephone contacts. Telephone contacts with program staff during follow- up services shall give participants the opportunity to help youth and the youth’s family in meeting identified goals as well as the Transition Plan and reinforcing skills learned during the wilderness expedition and parent(s)/guardian meeting.
