Common use of Telephone Monitoring and Recording Clause in Contracts

Telephone Monitoring and Recording. You agree that we may monitor, record, retain and reproduce your telephone calls and any other communications you provide to us, regardless of how transmitted to us, for training and quality control purposes and as evidence of your authorization to act in connection with any Transaction or service contemplated by this Agreement. However, we are not under any obligation to monitor, record, retain or reproduce such items, unless required to do so by applicable law.

Telephone Monitoring and Recording. You acknowledge that your telephone calls and other communications you provide to us may be monitored and recorded for training and quality control purposes. You agree that we may may, and you authorize us to, monitor, record, retain and reproduce your telephone calls and any other communications you provide to us, regardless of how transmitted to us, for training and quality control purposes and as evidence of your authorization to act in connection with any Transaction transaction with your Account or other service contemplated by this AgreementAgreement and will not be liable for any losses or damages that are incurred as a result of these actions. HoweverWe are not, we are not however, under any obligation to monitor, record, retain or reproduce such items, unless required to do so by applicable law.
