Telephone or Email Quote Support. Reseller shall accept requests for quotes by telephone, fax, email, or online. Reseller shall accept collect telephone calls and/or provide and maintain a toll-free number for eligible agency use. Reseller shall provide an email address for receipt of requests for price quotes. Reseller shall provide written quotes by fax, email or online as requested by the Participating State.
