Common use of Telephone Support Clause in Contracts

Telephone Support. Phoenix shall maintain a telephone support line during hours to be designated by Phoenix from time to time, which in any case shall cover at least 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, Orlando, Florida time. Support in response to questions which are outside the intended scope of this Agreement may be subject to an additional charge.
