Telephone Transactions. If we approve the Automated VoiceLine service (audio response) access for your accounts, you may access your accounts 24 hours a day through VoiceLine with an access code by calling 000-000-0000 or 0.000.000.0000 from a touch tone phone. You must use your Access Device and account number to access your accounts. Telephone services are provided by our local Contact Center Agents during business hours. Verification of account ownership will be requested before account information is released. To ensure courteous and efficient service, supervisory personnel in our Contact Center or other applicable departments may monitor calls randomly. You may use the Automated VoiceLine Service to: • Transfer funds to or from your savings or checking accounts or other shares that are eligible for transfers. • Make loan payments to your REV loan by transferring funds from your savings or checking accounts or other shares that are eligible for transfers. • Make loan advances from your eligible REV loan by depositing the funds via a transfer into your savings or checking accounts or other shares that are eligible for transfers. Loan advances from your credit card are subject to the “Cash Advance Fee” listed on your credit card disclosures. • Request an Official Check be sent to you from checking or savings account. You may also request an Official Check be sent to you by advancing the funds from an eligible REV loan. Please note that all Official Check will be mailed to the primary account owner’s mailing address on file. • Obtain information about account balance of checking, savings, loan, and share accounts. Also obtain the last ten deposits to checking, savings, and share accounts. • Change your access code.
