Types of Electronic Funds Transactions. You may make deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other authorized transactions from your account(s) in any manner specifically permitted by us, subject to the limitations and restrictions set forth in this Agreement or as otherwise provided for by applicable law. If we approve your Application for a POS/ATM Debit, VISA® Debit Card, or other electronic Access Device, you may use your Card/Access Device to purchase goods and services at point of sale (POS) terminals designated by the Credit Union and anywhere participating merchants honor your Card/Access Device.

Automated Teller Machines (ATMs): Your PIN will allow you to identify yourself when making an ATM transaction. The presentation of your Card together with the input of your PIN constitutes your authorization to the Credit Union to make transactions. You agree to follow all instructions for use of ATMs accessible by your Card. Difficulties or complaints concerning the use or condition of any ATM should be reported directly to the Credit Union. Security or safety measures should be reported directly to the owner of any ATM not owned by the Credit Union. You can use your Card at the Credit Union’s ATMs to withdraw cash, inquire on balances, and transfer funds to deposit and loan accounts connected to your Card. Authorizations and Authorization Holds: When you use your Card to pay for goods or services, certain merchants may ask us to authorize the transaction in advance and may estimate its final value. When we authorize the transaction, we commit to make the requested funds available when the merchant’s transaction finally settles. We may place a temporary hold on your Account funds for the amount indicated by the merchant. Some merchants may also add an amount to ensure that sufficient funds will be available to cover the final transaction (such as an estimated tip). If the amount of the authorization request exceeds the Available Balance in your Account, the transaction may be declined. Until the transaction finally settles or 3 business days (7 business days for Travel and Entertainment merchants) have passed, whichever occurs first, the funds subject to the hold will not be available to you for other purposes. As a result, other transactions may be declined, dishonored, or not paid which can result in NSF fees and/ or other charges against your Account. We will only charge your Account for the correct amount of the final transaction. However, if the settlement transaction amount does not match the hold amount, it is possible that both amounts will affect your Available Balance until the end of the 3-day hold period (7-day hold period for Travel and Entertainment merchants). If we approve the PC Express Teller Service, you may access your accounts through a personal computer (PC) with an Access Device. You must use your access code along with your account number to access your accounts. You may use the PC Express Teller service to: ▪ Change your access code. ▪ Obtain account information related to any of your savings and loan accounts regarding current balance, checking history, savings dividends and rates, loan interest and payoff amounts, payroll and automatic deductions. ▪ Make transfers to or from your Prime Share, Deposit, Transaction, Money Manager Checking, Money Manager Savings or such accounts you have authorized in writing prior to such transfer request. ▪ Request advances on your personal or home equity line of credit loans, deposit the proceeds in any of your accounts or have the proceeds mailed directly to you at the mailing address listed for your account. ▪ Withdraw funds from savings, checking and line of credit accounts by check made payable to you and mailed to you at your mailing address. ▪ Make loan payments from any savings or checking account to any loan account of yours (except mortgage loans). ▪ Issue third-party payable checks under Bill Payment Service.

  • Electronic Funds Transfers By signing the Account Card, completing and transmitting an online account card or service request, or signing or using the Visa Debit Card, or Home Banking service you agree to the following terms governing your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic funds transfer services, as applicable. Terms and conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement shall also apply to your electronic funds transfer service. Electronic funds transfers ("EFTs") are electronically initiated transfers of money through direct deposits, automated teller machines ("ATMs"), point of sale transactions, debit card purchases, audio response transactions and online transactions involving your deposit accounts at the Credit Union.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Upon reinstatement by Xxxxxxxx, this Security Instrument and obligations secured hereby shall remain fully effective as if no acceleration had occurred. However, this right to reinstate shall not apply in the case of acceleration under Section 18.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) The recipient/cooperator shall designate a financial institution or an authorized payment agent through which a federal payment may be made in accordance with US Treasury Regulations, Money and Finance at 00 XXX 000, which requires that federal payments are to be made by EFT to the maximum extent possible. A waiver may be requested and payments received by check by certifying in writing that one of the following situations apply: 1. The payment recipient does not have an account at a financial institution. 2. EFT creates a financial hardship because direct deposit will cost the payment recipient more than receiving a check. 3. The payment recipient has a physical or mental disability, or a geographic, language, or literacy barrier. In order to receive EFT payments the recipient/cooperator shall register in the System for Award Management (XXX). You may register by going to xxx.xxx.gov and following the instructions provided online.   • Electronic Check Transactions You authorize us to honor any electronic check conversion transaction and re-presented check fee debit transactions you authorize ("Electronic Check Transactions"). You agree that your authorization for an electronic check transaction occurs when you initiate such a transaction after receiving any notice regarding the merchant's right to process the transaction, including any written sign provided by the merchant at the time of your transaction. All terms governing electronic funds transfer services will apply to electronic check transactions, except the $50 and $500 limits of liability for unauthorized transactions in Section 9. You remain responsible for notifying us of any unauthorized electronic check transaction shown on your statement.

  • Posting of Approved Electronic Communications (a) Each of the Agents, the Lenders, the Issuers and Group and the Borrower agree, and Group shall cause each other Loan Party to agree, that the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make the Approved Electronic Communications available to the Lenders and Issuers by posting such Approved Electronic Communications on IntraLinks™ or a substantially similar electronic platform chosen by the Facility Agents to be their electronic transmission system (the “Approved Electronic Platform”). (b) Although the Approved Electronic Platform and its primary web portal are secured with generally-applicable security procedures and policies implemented or modified by the Facility Agents from time to time (including, as of the Closing Date, a dual firewall and a User ID/Password Authorization System) and the Approved Electronic Platform is secured through a single-user-per-deal authorization method whereby each user may access the Approved Electronic Platform only on a deal-by-deal basis, each of the Lenders, the Issuers, Group and the Borrower acknowledges and agrees, and Group shall cause each other Loan Party to acknowledge and agree, that the distribution of material through an electronic medium is not necessarily secure and that there are confidentiality and other risks associated with such distribution. In consideration for the convenience and other benefits afforded by such distribution and for the other consideration provided hereunder, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, each of the Facility Agents, the Lenders, the Issuers, Group and the Borrower hereby approves, and Group shall cause each other Loan Party to approve, distribution of the Approved Electronic Communications through the Approved Electronic Platform and understands and assumes, and Group shall cause each other Loan Party to understand and assume, the risks of such distribution. (c) THE APPROVED ELECTRONIC PLATFORM AND THE APPROVED ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. NONE OF THE FACILITY AGENTS OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, ADVISORS OR REPRESENTATIVES (THE “AGENT AFFILIATES”) WARRANT THE ACCURACY, ADEQUACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE APPROVED ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS OR THE APPROVED ELECTRONIC PLATFORM AND EACH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE APPROVED ELECTRONIC PLATFORM AND THE APPROVED ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS OR FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER CODE DEFECTS, IS MADE BY ANY OF THE AGENT AFFILIATES IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPROVED ELECTRONIC PLATFORM OR THE APPROVED ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS. (d) Each of the Lenders, the Issuers, Group and the Borrower agrees, and Group shall cause each other Loan Party to agree, that each Facility Agent may, but (except as may be required by applicable law) shall not be obligated to, store the Approved Electronic Communications on the Approved Electronic Platform in accordance with such Agent’s generally-applicable document retention procedures and policies.

  • Electronic Check Conversion/Electronic Returned Check Fees If you pay for purchases or bills with a check or draft, you may authorize your check or draft to be converted to an electronic fund transfer. You may also authorize merchants or other payees to electronically debit your account for returned check fees. You are considered to have authorized these electronic fund transfers if you complete the transaction after being told (orally or by a notice posted or sent to you) that the transfer may be processed electronically or if you sign a written authorization.

  • Cancellation of electronic bill notification The electronic Xxxxxx reserves the right to cancel the presentment of electronic bills at any time. You may cancel electronic bill presentment at any time. The timeframe for cancellation of your electronic bill presentment may vary from Xxxxxx to Xxxxxx. It may take up to sixty (60) days, depending on the billing cycle of each Xxxxxx. We will notify your electronic Xxxxxx(s) as to the change in status of your account and it is your sole responsibility to make arrangements for an alternative form of bill delivery. We will not be responsible for presenting any electronic bills that are already in process at the time of cancellation.

  • Electronic Record Search The Reporting Estonian Financial Institution must review electronically searchable data maintained by the Reporting Estonian Financial Institution for any of the following U.S. indicia: a) Identification of the Account Holder as a U.S. citizen or resident; b) Unambiguous indication of a U.S. place of birth; c) Current U.S. mailing or residence address (including a U.S. post office box); d) Current U.S. telephone number; e) Standing instructions to transfer funds to an account maintained in the United States; f) Currently effective power of attorney or signatory authority granted to a person with a U.S. address; or g) An “in-care-of” or “hold mail” address that is the sole address the Reporting Estonian Financial Institution has on file for the Account Holder. In the case of a Preexisting Individual Account that is a Lower Value Account, an “in-care-of” address outside the United States or “hold mail” address shall not be treated as U.S. indicia.

  • Electronic Check Conversion You may authorize a merchant or other payee to make a one-time electronic payment from your checking account using information from your check to pay for purchases or pay bills.

  • Electronic Checks If you authorize a merchant to electronically debit your checking account using the routing, account, and serial number of your check to initiate the transfer, whether the check is blank, partially or fully completed and signed, such authorization is an electronic check conversion. An electronic check conversion is an electronic funds transfer (EFT) subject to the terms of the Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement. You authorize us to honor any electronic check conversion from your checking account.
