Telephonic Response. Employees who are authorized by the Employer to perform work via the telephone in an emergency or non-emergency situation, before or after their regularly assigned shift, in excess of de minimis time, shall be compensated at straight time or overtime rate as appropriate. Telephonic Response. Employees authorized by their department head or designee to telephonically respond to emergencies, and who do respond between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. shall receive one (1) hour minimum pay per incident at the rate of time and one half.
