Common use of TELUS Wi-Fi Service Clause in Contracts

TELUS Wi-Fi Service. Wireless Data Service include access to TELUS Wi-Fi service, which provides wi-fi Internet access through TELUS’ wireless network access points at various locations. The terms and conditions in this Enrollment Agreement apply to use of the TELUS Wi-Fi service by any Customer User, and take precedence over any other service terms that may apply to the use of the TELUS Wi-Fi service, in the event of any conflict.
