Temporary Assignment or Secondment. A probationary full- or part-time Employee temporarily assigned to a term full- or part-time position or to an auxiliary position or to replace an Employee who has temporarily vacated a position shall retain status as a probationary full- or part-time Employee during the period the Employee occupies such position. Upon completion of the assignment, the Employee shall be assigned to the position held immediately prior to assuming the term or auxiliary position or, if the position no longer exists, the provisions of Article 26:
