Temporary Shift Change. so long as the employee(s) requesting such change have the skill and ability to perform the work, the Company agrees that employees may from time to time request the opportunity of exchanging shifts with other employees for their convenience and the Company will not unreasonably deny such request. Such temporary assignments shall not exceed thirty (30) days and will be granted on the basis of seniority.
