Temporary Storage. The Contractor may erect temporary buildings (e.g. storage sheds, shops, offices) and utilities only with the prior written approval of the Project Manager and shall erect the same at the Contractor's sole cost and expense. The temporary facilities shall remain the property of the Contractor and shall be removed by the Contractor at its sole cost and expense upon completion of the Work. Such temporary facilities may remain on the site after the completion of the Work only with the prior written consent of the City. If the Contractor fails to remove such facilities, the City may remove the same and the cost thereof shall be payable by the Contractor on demand.
