Common use of Temporary Suspension or Delay of Performance of Contract Clause in Contracts

Temporary Suspension or Delay of Performance of Contract. To the extent that it does not alter the scope of this Contract the Owner may unilaterally order a temporary stopping of the work or delaying of the work to be performed by the Contractor under this Contact.
