Temporary Transfers Outside of the Bargaining Unit. When an employee performs the principal duties of a higher paying position outside of the bargaining unit, the employee shall receive the rate of pay of the position filled. When an employee acts as a point of contact or performs minimal duties of a higher paying position outside of the bargaining unit, the employee will receive a ten percent (10%) increase to their wages.

When an employee acts as filled with a point minimum increase of contact or performs minimal duties of a higher paying position outside of the bargaining unit, the employee will receive a ten percent (10%) increase to their wages).
