Common use of Temporary Warrants Clause in Contracts

Temporary Warrants. Until certificates representing Warrants are ready for delivery, the Company may prepare and the Warrant Agent, upon receipt of a Warrant Countersignature Order, shall issue temporary Warrant Certificates. Temporary Warrants shall be substantially in the form of certificated Warrants but may have variations that the Company considers appropriate for temporary Warrants and as shall be reasonably acceptable to the Warrant Agent (but which shall not affect the rights, duties or obligations of the Warrant Agent as set forth in this Agreement). Without unreasonable delay, the Company shall prepare and the Warrant Agent shall countersign definitive Warrant Certificates in exchange for temporary Warrant Certificates. Holders of temporary Warrants shall be entitled to all of the benefits of this Warrant Agreement.
