Temporary Work Assignments. 9.1 Where the Employer temporarily assigns an employee to perform duties not normally performed by the employee, the Employer will provide any necessary training. During any such training, errors by the employee which are within the normal tolerances of the training situation will not be the subject of discipline. Removal from the temporarily assigned duties will not be considered as discipline.
