Tenant Maintenance Standards. All Tenant maintained Building Systems, including HVAC, shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications by Tenant in a commercially reasonable condition. In addition, upon request from Landlord, Tenant shall provide to Landlord copies of any service contracts and records of Tenant’s maintenance of such Building Systems.
