Common use of Tenant-Management Relations Clause in Contracts

Tenant-Management Relations. The Agent will encourage and assist --------------------------- residents of the Project in forming and maintaining representative organizations to promote their common interests, and will maintain good faith communication with such organizations to the end that problems affecting the Project and its residents may be avoided or solved on the basis of mutual self-interest.
