Tenant Not Responsible. Tenant, by approving or inspecting any design, plans, drawings or specifications or any contract for work or materials or the method of performing any work by User or its employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors, does not assume any responsibility or liability as to the safety, adequacy, sufficiency, legality or otherwise of what is approved or inspected, which responsibility or liability will be and remain with User.
