Tenant Rent. Tenant Rent shall be computed by subtracting the utility allowance for resident-supplied utilities (if applicable) from the Total Tenant Payment. In developments where the CHA pays all utility bills directly to the utility provider, Tenant Rent equals Total Tenant Payment.
