Other Reasonable Accommodations Clause Samples
The 'Other Reasonable Accommodations' clause requires a party, typically an employer or service provider, to consider and provide adjustments or modifications beyond those specifically listed, as long as they are reasonable and necessary to enable participation or access. This may include changes to work schedules, physical environments, or policies to support individuals with disabilities or special needs. Other Reasonable Accommodations. If the employee’s health care provider certifies that reasonable accommodations other than transfer and/or leave on an intermittent or reduced schedule basis are medically advisable, the University shall engage in the interactive process with the employee to identify and implement the reasonable accommodation(s) that are appropriate under the circumstances.
