Common use of Tenant Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Tenant Responsibility. The Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, comply with all laws and regulations of any governmental entity, board, commission or agency having jurisdiction over the Leased Premises. Tenant agrees not to install any electrical equipment that overloads any electrical paneling, circuitry or wiring and further agrees to comply with the requirements of the insurance underwriter or any governmental authorities having jurisdiction thereof.
