Emergency Lighting. Furnish, install and maintain an automatic, maintenance-free, emergency lighting system as required by the authority having jurisdiction. This system shall be integrated with the recessed light fixtures whenever possible.
Emergency Lighting. In datacenters and network server closed areas, automatic emergency lighting must be provided for use during power outages.
Emergency Lighting. The equipment rooms, including the collocation room, shall be equipped with emergency re-chargeable battery packs (or equivalent) sufficient to light egress path out of equipment room.
Emergency Lighting. If any governmental regulations from time to time shall require emergency lighting to be installed in the Premises, the installation and the maintenance of the same, including providing of battery power, shall be the responsibility of Tenant.

Electromagnetic Fields - The building(s) shall be designed so as to minimize fields in the room. No building electrical transformer shall be located in this room or on opposite side of any wall of this room.
Emergency Lighting. The emergency lighting system shall have relay and contactor that shall be normally open when there is generator or shore power. In the event of sudden loss of generator or shore power, the relay shall close and allow emergency battery power to be fed to the emergency lights. There shall also be a manual switch at each of the emergency light distribution panels to allow for manual operation of the lights. This switch shall also be able to open the circuit and disconnect the lights from the battery power to prevent draining the batteries when the crew is away from the vessel. The power supply from the battery bank shall have overload, short-circuit and ground fault protection, and a fusible disconnect switch.
Emergency Lighting. Exit signs and emergency lighting illuminated with power are backed up by an emergency source or are self-illuminating, or as required by code. Emergency Lighting. Landlord, at Landlord’s sole cost and responsibility, will install emergency lighting, utilizing the existing T-8 fixtures at the appropriate ratio, which shall comply with appropriate building and fire codes assuming Tenant will floor stack. Any modifications of storage methods or lighting as installed in #2 above resulting in modification of emergency lighting will be at Tenant’s sole cost.
Emergency Lighting. Patrol inspection shall be conducted once per day. Any failures identified shall be instantly fixed.
