Tenant Waiver. The rights and obligations of Landlord and Tenant on any taking of the Premises or any other portion of the Project are governed exclusively by this Lease. Accordingly, Tenant hereby waives the provisions of any law to the contrary, including California Code of Civil Procedure Sections 1265.120 and 1265.130, or any similar successor statute.
