OBSTRUCTION OF PASSAGEWAYS. None of the passageways, outside entries, exterior doors, elevators, hallways, or stairways shall be locked or obstructed. No rubbish, trash, litter, or materials of any nature may be emptied or thrown into these areas. These areas may be used only for ingress and egress.

OBSTRUCTION OF PASSAGEWAYS. The sidewalks, entrances, passages, courts, elevators, vestibules, stairways, corridors and public parts of the Property and the Building shall not be obstructed or encumbered by Tenant or used for any purpose other than ingress and egress.
